Our green coffee beans come from the highlands of South Sulawesi (Tana Toraja and Enrekang) and Sumatera (Lahat) with various grade.

Arabica origin Tana Toraja

Our Toraja Arabica coffee beans are sourced from the highlands of Tana Toraja, Sulawesi, a region renowned for its rich volcanic soil and unique microclimate, which give the beans their distinct flavor profile. We offer three different processing methods to suit your specific needs:

  • Fullwash Process: This method brings out the clean, bright acidity and enhances the delicate flavors of the beans, available in Grades 1, 2, and 3.

  • Semiwash Process: Semiwashed beans retain some of their fruity sweetness, creating a more balanced cup with medium acidity. Available in Grades 1, 2, and 3.

  • Natural Process: This process results in beans with a more pronounced body and fruit-forward flavors, available in Grades 1, 2, and 3.

Arabica origin Kalosi Enrekang

Sourced from Kalosi Enrekang, South Sulawesi, this Arabica is famous for its full body and complex flavor notes, making it a popular choice for specialty coffee enthusiasts.

  • We offer Natural Process Kalosi Arabica, available in Grade 1, which showcases rich, earthy flavors with hints of fruit and chocolate.

Robusta origin Tana Toraja

Our Toraja Robusta beans are cultivated in the fertile lands of Toraja, known for producing high-quality Robusta with a robust flavor. The beans have a full-bodied, earthy taste, perfect for those who prefer strong, bold coffee.

  • Available in Grades 1, 2, and 3, these beans are versatile and ideal for espresso blends and other strong coffee brews.

Robusta origin Lahat

From Lahat, Sumatera, we bring you another exceptional Robusta variety. These beans are known for their strong, smoky flavor with a hint of chocolate, making them ideal for those who enjoy a more intense coffee experience.

  • Available in Grades 3, our Lahat Robusta offers a rich flavor profile that is perfect for various brewing methods.

Robusta origin Bonyolali

Our Robusta green coffee beans from Boyolali, Central Java, are renowned for their strong, full-bodied flavor with earthy undertones.
