Soka Crabs (Soft Shell Crabs)
In addition to our Mangrove Crabs, we also provide soft-shell crabs, known locally as Soka Crabs. These crabs are harvested just after molting, when their new shells are still soft and edible. The entire crab can be consumed, making them a popular choice in gourmet dishes for their convenience and rich flavor.
Soft-shell crabs are highly versatile, used in a variety of recipes such as deep-fried, grilled, or in stir-fries. Like our mangrove crabs, the soft-shell crabs are carefully bred and farmed in East Kalimantan, ensuring consistent quality and freshness.
